Just so you know, the particular gases this picture is focused on is just water vapor (aka steam), hence the formation of a cloud. Now if you were to focus the picture on the two smaller "smoke stacks" to the right of the large cooling tower, that is where a small amount of pollutant comes from. Get your facts straight.
